1 lb. reg. Ground turkey - the kind in a tube in the frozen section
¼ cup Bar-be-que sauce
½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 small can mild green chilies, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon thyme
Mix all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly. Make patties, fry in canola oil
7 minutes on each sidemed-low heat.
Feel free to replace it with the spices or sauce, whatever you want.
